Love the quirkiness at this place which is located on the other side of town. Came late for dinner with my colleagues and they were open. In the evening after 9pm, it becomes an amazing local karaoke sing your heart out. It was hard to hear our conversation but we enjoyed the locals and the host singing while we munch on our burgers, fries and tacos. Drinks here were good too. Service was excellent by our bartender who was also our wait host. I'd come back here during brunch sometime and try them out when I'm back in the area again. I recommend. Cheers!
So we swung by here because it was late and it was open. It was a pleasant surprise, the karaoke music was a bit too loud, couldn't converse very well, but the food. Oh yeah, that's what I'm talking about. I tried their brisket tacos, and I straight up asked if the guy on the smoker was from Texas. This was spot on brisket, tons of flavor, juicy beyond belief, the ability to create such a brisket is raw talent. The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. Super cool, music selection was great, no Megadeth, though (yes, I asked). If you want to just chill, in a great atmosphere, epic staff, and an amazing brisket, this is your place.
Came to try this location for the first time. We were instantly greeted upon walking in and had the option to sit at the bar or pick a table. We went with the burgers and a basket of fries. My husband ordered the BBQ BrIsket burger and I ordered the guacamole burger, everything came out pretty quick and looked delicious. Everything tasted good and there was balance with the veggies and meat so you got a nice crunch with each bite. We will come back to try the wings and their sandwiches as those also sounded delicious. Everyone was friendly and checked on us throughout the meal, music was not too loud and environment was casual and decorated for St. Patrick's day. Definitely will be recommending to family, friends and coworkers!
Had a great meal and time here! The place wasn't busy on a week night so we were able to take our time, relax, eat and have a beer. The owner or manager was taking care of us. Since this was our first time, he explained how the smoke the meat fresh every day. Sauces and salsas were made fresh daily as well. The beer on tap we tried was a local IPA and served cold and fresh. We started with chips and home made salsa. It was good but the salsa was a bit bland. I wanted a bit more kick to it but some hot sauce corrected that pretty fast. For entrees, one went with their smoked Brussels sprout tacos which they raved about. One went with pork tacos. They liked them a lot. Great texture and smoke ring on the meat. Tender and a good size serving. The hit was my tray! I explained I love smoked meats so they built me my own sampler platter... pulled pork and brisket (burnt end style). They suggested the cowboy beans which were awesome! The beans are smoked with (smoked) pulled pork baked into them. The tray came with tortillas so I opted to eat this as a series of tacos. Everyone was grabbing for the brisket! Great smoke ring, tender, crunchy exterior with the chunks but big enough the center was tender. Great food and great service to listen to us, suggest the right food and go out of their way to build me a custom dish! The restaurant is close to NAU and looks like it can handle a good size crowd on the weekends. I'm glad we tried it mid-week. We'll be back for sure!
We just want to start off by saying "Thank You !!!!!" To Eric (GM) and his staff. They hosted the most amazing pre-wedding party for our family in preparation for the wedding on Saturday. The food, the service, the atmosphere, all above anyone's expectations!! The preplanning, the coordination, and the mere phenomenal customer service was given to us. Our son and now our new daughter-in- law (knowing that is was a family and friends get together/meet and greet) were blown away!! If you are wanting to plan an event, look no farther. Again, thank you Eric and everyone of your staff that came in to make this a perfect event!!
